Spending the time researching, unpacking and exploring these items have allowed me to focus my time, energy and emotions into something positive; rather than continuing the vicious cycle of depression.

Tunu's Collection has become a valuable asset in my recovery moving forward with my life.

When we change our behaviour we stop thinking about how we are feeling and begin thinking about what we are doing. By changing our thoughts, we will begin to feel better.
