Our Emotions Are How We Feel. 

It is very hard to change how we feel. Especially when we are feeling down, sad or depressed.  

Our Thoughts Take A Lot Of Practice To Be Able To Change. 

What we are thinking about can be hard to change. Sometimes we are able to manage our thoughts; most of the the time we end up thinking about trying not to think about the thing we don't want to think about. Like trying to avoid an elephant in the room. 

Our Behaviors We Can Change. 

What we are doing right now. 

By changing our behaviors it will break the patterns of our thoughts. 

When we change our thoughts we will bein to feel better. 

We stop thinking about how we are feeling and being thinking about what we are doing, our focus will change.
